吉田修平：NGP正式名称今年年内公布，NGP是从08年开发伊始启用的代号

SCE全球工作室总指挥吉田修平已经确认今年某个时候会定下NGP的最终名称。

“NGP是我们自从08年开始就启用的代号。我们会在今年晚些时候正式公布NGP的正式名称。”

NGP将在今年年末在日本正式发售，不过根据SCE老总-杰克.特雷顿的话来看，欧美的发售日期SONY还没有正式敲定

SCE Worldwide Studios boss Shuhei Yoshida has confirmed that NGP will get its more formal name at some point this year.

He made the remark in the latest issue of Edge.

“Well, NGP is the codename we’ve used since 2008. We will announce the final name of the console sometime later this year,” Yoshida told the mag.

Next-Generation Portable – PSP2 in everything but name – was announced at the end of January in a Tokyo event.

The portable will launch in Japan this holiday season, but a 2011 western launch is unlikely according to Sony Computer Entertainment boss Jack Tretton.
